Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, exchanges can be arranged within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that:
✔ The customer covers all shipping costs and any price differences between exchanged items.
✔ The item is in its original, unopened condition, including all plastic seals, wrappers, labels, and stickers.
✔ Once a perfume has been opened or sprayed, returns and exchanges are strictly prohibited.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under UAE Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a return or exchange if:
✔ You receive a faulty item (subject to manufacturer inspection).
✔ You receive an incorrect item—please do not break the plastic seal or spray the perfume if you believe you received the wrong product. Contact us immediately, and we will rectify any mistakes.
✔ If an item is found to be faulty, it may need to be assessed by the manufacturer or service agent before determining eligibility for a refund or exchange. This process will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Damaged During Delivery
If an item arrives damaged, please:
✔ Keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
✔ Contact our team immediately for assistance.
✔ In some cases, you may be required to bring the damaged parcel to a post office for further inspection.
Proof of Purchase & Authenticity
✔ All returns and exchanges require satisfactory proof of purchase.
✔ Returned products will be meticulously inspected, including checking watermarking and barcodes to verify authenticity.
✔ If an item is found to be damaged due to misuse or abnormal use, an exchange or refund will not be provided.
At Sillage.ae, we ensure that all items are dispatched in unused, undamaged, and original condition. If an item has any aesthetic imperfections before shipping, our team will notify you prior to dispatch.
